When is the right time to get in?
If you have already decided
that this is an excellent idea to raise funds for your school, refer
to the time schedule below in order to ensure that you receive your
cards in time for the Festive Season.
Time/Production Schedule:

August/September |
School requests information packs. School launches their own internal competition and selects best designs. |

September/October |
Schools return designs created on A3 paper to us. Each class also returns an A4 paper their signatures to form the back of the card. We create proofs and e-mail to the School for approval. |

October |
Schools send order forms to parents for orders and payment. Schools place order and pay 50% deposit to Cool Kids Cards. |
|
November |
We produce professionally printed cards and dispatch to Schools to distribute. |
